10 Day Dreams - Apply for Scholarship

Before attempting to complete the full APPLICATION, you must have the following ON THE SAME COMPUTER on which you will be completing the application.

There is NO SAVING the application to complete later.  It must be done in 1 session.

1. 'Video production' teacher letter of recommendation that describes your 'experience and dedication to filmmaking'.  No more than 1 page please.
2. Other teacher/staff/guidance counselor letter of recommendation that focuses on your overall character as a student (including but not limited to behavior, attendance, discipline, etc...)  No more than 1 page please.
3. Create a short, 1-minute testimonial video describing an experience you've had with filmmaking and how it impacted your filmmaking life.  You will need to upload a YOUTUBE link to that video in your application.  SEE A SAMPLE HERE.
4. parent contact information and yearly household income (income is only 1 of many factors in determining scholarship)
